ARC CAD ACADEMY

By enrolling in any course or program offered by ARC CAD ACADEMY, students and/or parents/guardians agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Admission & Enrollment

1. Admission is granted based on eligibility criteria set by the institute.
2. Submission of the required documents and payment of applicable fees is mandatory for enrollment.
3. The institute reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission without assigning any reason.

2. Fees & Payment

1. All fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment schedule.
2. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise in writing.
3. Delay in payment may result in suspension or termination of classes.

3. Course Duration & Schedule

1. Course duration, class schedules, and batch timings are subject to change at the discretion of the institute.
2. The institute may reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

4. Attendance & Discipline

1. Regular attendance is mandatory.
2. Students must maintain discipline and respectful behavior toward faculty, staff, and fellow students.
3. Any misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of rules may lead to suspension or expulsion without fee refund.

5. Study Material & Intellectual Property

1. All study materials, notes, recordings, and content provided are the intellectual property of the institute.
2. Sharing, copying, recording, or distributing institute materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Online Classes & Digital Platforms (if applicable)

1. Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and suitable devices.
2. The institute is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on the student’s end.
3. Recording or sharing online class sessions is not allowed.

7. Exams, Tests & Results

1. Internal assessments, tests, and mock exams are for evaluation purposes only.
2. The institute does not guarantee success, ranks, or results in any examination.

8. Use of Student Data

1. The institute may use student details, photographs, or videos for academic, promotional, or administrative purposes unless objected to in writing.

9. Jurisdiction

1. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [City/State] courts only.

10. Amendments
